Rental includes one refillable five-gallon bottle of water, access to entire house including washing machine, and use of community pool. Additional housecleaning can be arranged with the property manager.

The house and tower include the queen master bedroom, queen great bedroom, king tower bedroom, and two twin mattresses for additional floors sleepers, easily accommodating six to eight people.

Rental includes five meters squared (5 m²) of water per week.  Any water usage above this amount will be charged at the rate of $10/m² (144 gallons).

Reservation Information

• 50% of rental plus a $500 security deposit is required to reserve the house.
• Two personal checks in US dollars are required, one for half the rental and the other for the deposit. Send checks to:

• For payment by wire transfer, information will be provided.
• $75 cancellation fee for cancellations made 4 or more weeks prior to arrival.
• 50% refunds for cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• Extended rentals are negotiable.
• Remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival and is collected by the Roatan rental manager.
• Security Deposit of $500 refundable upon satisfactory checkout.
